The die-cast housing, designed to enhance the performance and durability of the motor, is made of A383 aluminium alloy and is achieved through the high-pressure casting process:
✔ High pressure resistance: can withstand a continuous pressure of 30MPa
✔ High temperature resistance: continuous operating temperature range -20°C to 180°C
✔ Strong heat dissipation: thermal conductivity of 150W/(m·K)
✔ Corrosion resistance: passed the 96-hour neutral salt spray test
▷ Tensile strength ≥ 310 MPa, effectively absorbing the vibration energy generated by the motor
▷ Precision die-casting structure ensures a ±0.08 mm fit with the rotor assembly
▷ Integrated heat dissipation rib design, 40% more efficient than traditional housings in cooling
▷ Built-in air guide channels optimise air convection, with a housing surface temperature ≤ 65 °C during continuous operation
▷ Passed 200,000 fatigue tests (in accordance with ISO 23771)
▷ Hard anodised surface, with a wear resistance of HV420
▷ Suitable for all types of industrial sewing equipment, including lockstitch machines, overlock machines, and interlock machines
▷ Compatible with Japanese (JUKI, Brother) and domestic standard motor specifications
Industry Sector | Typical Equipment | Solution Features |
---|---|---|
Clothing Manufacturing | High-speed lockstitch sewing machine | 8000rpm Continuous operation, Stability guaranteed |
Automotive Interiors | Heavy-duty sewing machine | Design prevents intrusion of metal shavings |
Home Textiles | Multi-functional sewing machine | Silent operation (≤50dB) |
Special Materials | Heavy-duty sewing machine | Reinforced heat dissipation module configuration |
Motor housing die-castings have a wide range of applications. They are commonly used in various types of electric motors found in different industries.
1. In the automotive industry, they are essential components for vehicle motors, such as those used in power windows, windshield wipers, and cooling fans. These die-castings help protect the motor and ensure its smooth operation within the vehicle.
2. In the manufacturing sector, they are used in industrial machinery and equipment, where motors are integral for driving conveyor belts, pumps, and other mechanical systems. The die-cast motor housings provide durability and stability.
3. For household appliances like washing machines, dryers, and vacuum cleaners, the motor housing die-castings keep the motors secure and functioning properly.

Q: Can you provide samples?
→ As the product needs to be customised and a mould opened, physical samples are not currently available, but test reports for previous similar projects can be provided
Q: What customisation requirements are supported?
→ Customisation is possible: shell surface treatment process (sandblasting/oxidation/spraying), adjustment of installation hole position, brand logo engraving
Q: What is the standard delivery cycle?
→ 35 days for new mould projects (including trial moulds), existing mould re-purchase orders will be shipped within 7 working days
Q: What are the payment methods?
→ We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and D/P (document against payment). 30% of the first order must be paid in advance.
Q: How is product quality ensured?
→ We have implemented a full-process traceability system: each housing has a laser traceability code that can be used to query the production batch/inspection data.
